LDKS HARI KEDUA : KERJASAMA DAN TANGGUNG JAWAB
Cipulus, Purwakarta – MA YPPA Cipulus melaksanakan LDKS hari ke-2, kali ini para peserta akan diberikan materi Upacara Bendera, Penyusunan Program Kerja, Proposal, dan LPJ (Laporan Pertanggungjawaban), Keperempuanan, dan Kesekretariatan, di Kampus 2 MA YPPA Cipulus, Jumat (11/10/2024).
Pertama-tama peserta LDKS diberi materi tentang Upacara Bendera dengan narasumber U. Adis Budiana, S.E., para peserta LDKS ini diajarkan bagaimana tata cara upacara bendera yang baik dan benar, kemudian materi Upacara Bendera ini langsung dipraktekkan di Lapang Upacara MA YPPA Cipulus oleh semua para peserta LDKS.
Setelah materi pertama selesai, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan materi yang kedua tentang Penyusunan Program Kerja, Proposal, dan LPJ dengan narasumber Zaky Ahmad Haidar, S.Pd., para peserta LDKS diajarkan bagaimana cara pembuatan laporan program kerja serta laporan-laporan yang lain yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan.
Berhubung LDKS kali ini dilaksanakan pada hari Jumat siang, maka materi yang ketiga ini tentang Keperempuanan dikhususkan untuk peserta LDKS yang perempuan saja karena peserta LDKS laki-laki melakukan shalat Jumat, materi tentang Keperempuanan ini dibawakan oleh narasumber Hilma Andania Arifah, S.H., dalam seminarnya narasumber mengatakan bahwa perempuan itu sosok yang sangat berpengaruh dalam kesuksesan seseorang.
“Tidak ada sosok pemimpin apabila dibelakang pemimpin tersebut tidak ada sosok perempuan jadi perempuan sangat berpengaruh dalam kepemimpinan,” ujarnya.
Kemudian setelah materi ketiga tentang Keperempuanan selesai kemudian dilanjutkan dengan materi yang keempat yaitu tentang Kesekretariatan dengan narasumber Asep Misbahul Munir, S.M., para peserta LDKS diajarkan tentang mengelola tugas administratif sekolah dengan baik dan benar.
Setelah semua materi telah diajarkan kepada para peserta LDKS maka di akhir sesi para peserta LDKS ditugaskan untuk membuat rangkuman semua materi, dari materi pertama sampai materi akhir.
